Coverage: 36 active published awards; 23 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority are currently exploring design and build procurement routes and would welcome feedback from the market to help shape our approach for the upcoming project to expand the current park and ride facility at Meadowhall Interchange to increase capacity by building on the existing lower-level car park. - The Meadowhall Transport Interchange (MTI) Park & Ride (P&R) expansion project is one of SYMCA's CRSTS-funded capital projects. - Indicative budget estimate in the region of £10m+ - The existing P&R site has a capacity of 328 spaces (including the lower and upper car parks), accessed from Barrow Road. - The proposed scheme is to increase the capacity of the P&R site, building on the existing lower-level car park. The existing upper-level car park is excluded from the scheme. - The project will include increasing the capacity of the existing P&R site by 200+ additional parking spaces. - Pedestrian access will be improved to rail platforms 1, 3 and 4, by improved access to the upper interchange walkway.
