The Council wishes to see the venues remain as valued local community assets that continue to host a range of events.  The successful operator(s) will be able to demonstrate a successful commercial background, preferably within the field of venue management. For clarity, organisations or groups may apply to take on the future management of either or both venues.Halesowen Town Hall (formerly Cornbow Hall) -10 Hagley Street, Halesowen, B63 3ATHalesowen Town Hall is a popular venue located in the busy Halesowen town centre. This large hall provides a well-equipped auditorium and bar area, Ideal for shows, concerts, sales exhibitions, meetings, discos, dances and wedding receptions. 368 seated / 450 standing.Stourbridge Town Hall - Crown Centre, Crown Lane, Stourbridge, DY8 1YEStourbridge Town Hall is in the Heart of Stourbridge town centre. The Victorian town hall is a locally listed building that opened in 1887 to celebrate Queen Victoria’s jubilee.
