- Price: The caterers return a financial submission which also scored according to the tender documentation.
- Condition of participationshortlisting
Suppliers are scored against quality and financial criteria and following a moderation meeting with the client, suppliers are shortlisted.
- Price carries 30 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 3 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
