A competitive procurement for the award of a single Maintenance Services contract for the provision of M&E, Fabric and Fire Systems Maintenance and Repair Services across four different TfL business units.
The proposed contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for up to a maximum of 2 years.
Interested parties registered on Transport for London's SAP Ariba system and requested access to the procurement event.
Interested parties were issued the Specification, Performance requirements, and Contract and submitted a Supplier Qualification. Those who were successful in getting through to the next stage were invited to ITT stage.

Upon completion of registration and confirmation that the bidder has been invited to the Sourcing Event in Ariba, the interested bidder will have unrestricted and full access to the procurement documents, free of charge through their dashboard when they login to Ariba at service.ariba.com/Supplier.aw ↗ . Economic operators need to complete and submit a response to the relevant procurement documents by the deadline date set out in these documents (Friday 6th September 2024)
