The software interfaces with numerous internal systems, workflows, data repositories and user authentication services.\nReplacing the incumbent solution would require substantial technical redevelopment, system reconfiguration, data migration, retraining of users and the modification of multiple dependent systems.\nAccordingly, the direct award is justified on the basis that changing supplier would result in disproportionate costs and technical incompatibility in the operation and maintenance of the University’s existing systems.",
