The reliance on specifications for this purpose is to ensure fairness in the completion of the price element of the tender and is not an indication or preference or exclusivity. • The completion of desk-based research to explore the new guidance for the completion of Fire Risk Appraisals for External Walls to inform the specification and conditions of participation (technical ability). • Engagement with existing supply chain to understand insurance and professional accreditations to inform the conditions of participation (technical ability).
