Published requirement description

The framework will deliver reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance at Kings Cross & St Pancras (Platforms A&B) stations, including maintenance for the Power Signal Box (PSB) at Kings Cross.

The authority expects to re-tender this requirement around 30 Sept 2028, 23:59 BST.
How the procedure runs: The procedure will be a two stage process comprsing of a PSQ stage folllowed by an ITT stage.
No preliminary market engagement: A preliminary market engagement was carried out for the Eastern Region Mechanical & Electrical Services Framework (previously known as Building Services), the original intention was to include Kings Cross & St Pancras stations, but will remain as a separate framework.

The framework pricing schedule comprises preliminaries, daywork rates, National Schedule of Rates (NSR) adjustments, day rate adjustments, and fixed rates for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities.

This framework is awarded to one single supplier so there will be no required selection process for the award of contracts.
