What is being bought
The University of South Wales has over 50 lifts installations across its seven campuses and is seeking to appoint a Lift Maintenance provider by a process of competitive tender for a fixed price contract. The contract will cover planned preventative & statutory maintenance and inspection, remedial works, day to day breakdown call out repairs including repairs caused by vandalism / misuse, minor works and modifications together with a 24-hour 365 emergency response for entrapment.
