The goal is to award for an initial two year contract for the beginning of April 2027 with the option to extend for two further one year contracts.

Additional information: Scotland Excel are acting on behalf of Scottish Library and Information Council in the execution of this procurement exercise but will not be party to the contract or the management of the contract throughout its lifetime.
