Published requirement descriptionThis notice has been published to confirm the Leadership & Management Development Framework has been awarded.
The Commission has identified the need to develop a comprehensive leadership development programme that supports leaders and aspiring leaders at all levels. This programme will help us respond to changing organisational demands and ensure that we have the leadership capabilities, knowledge, behaviours and skills required to meet the needs of our evolving organisation.
- The authority expects to re-tender this requirement around 1 Apr 2030, 23:59 BST.
- How the procedure runs: Suppliers will be required to complete and submit a Conditions of Participation, as well as answering the questions in the invitation to tender (ITT), if successful at the Conditions of Participation stage. We are looking to take forward a maximum of 3 Suppliers for Lots 1 to 4 and 5 Suppliers for Lot 5.
