Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Best Start Family Hubs and Healthy Babies: guidance for local authorities - GOV.UK informs the strands of the core funded services that are in scope for this commissioning activity. They will be divided into the following two Lots: 1) Parenting Support 2) Parent-Infant Relationships and Perinatal (Parent Infant) Mental Health BCFT wishes to invite potential providers to attend a market engagement event for an update on the delivery of this programme of commissioning between 1st April 2027- 31st March 2029, with two options to extend of up to 24 months.
