Additional information: Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT) provide a wide range of adult mental health and learning disability services to our local population of 1.8 million people in Kent and Medway, as well as specialist services for adults in Sussex and Surrey.<br/>Each year we care for over 2,000 people in our hospitals and 54,000 people in the community. We are proud to have a workforce of over 3,700 people from 66 nationalities, and to serve an increasingly diverse range of communities across rural and urban areas.<br/>KMPT are part of the Kent and Medway Integrated Care System, a partnership of organisations that come together to plan and deliver joined up health and care services to improve the lives of people across Kent and Medway.<br/>An intranet is more than a communication tool. It is the sole employee experience platform designed to shape the workplace. Supporting everything from wellbeing to communicating our organisational strategy, brand and values, it should offer returns on all of our organisational objectives, including staff workplace satisfaction, ensuring accuracy, retention, productivity, engagement, and more.<br/>A new, mobile-first intranet for KMPT will enable us to reach more staff and deliver better communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing among staff; resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness in delivering services and ultimately enabling delivery of our organisational strategy. It will provide easy access to information and essential resources for people to deliver their roles, irrespective of where they work allowing colleagues to communicate and engage with each other effectively leading to increased engagement and employee voice.<br/>The Contract is anticipated to commence; November 2023 and will continue for a period of 36 months with an option to extend for a further period of 24 months.
