Published requirement descriptionThe Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) referred to herein as the “Client” intends to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of access to financial and personal data/information to support police investigations. The Supplier(s) shall provide a service through which the Client can access data as shown in the ‘Data Requirement’ section within the specification document (ID 4905649 – Contract Specification). The list is indicative and not exhaustive of the provision of data and capability required. It may also be developed further during the Period of Contract on written agreement between the Client and the appointed Supplier(s).

- Review procedure
CPD will comply with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). and, where appropriate, will incorporate a standstill period (i.e a minimum of 10 calendar days) at the point information on the award of. the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. This provides time for. unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
Publisher note: The process is being cancelled due to an insufficient level of competition to secure suppliers onto the framework agreement.. It is PSNI’s intention to retender this requirement in the near future.
