Published requirement descriptionLeeds City Council are establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of recycling outlets for a range materials collected at the Household Waste Recycling Centres.
The Dynamic Purchasing System sets out the City Council's requirements in respect of the acceptance/collection and treatment/disposal of :
- General waste (not containing persistent organic pollutants [POPS])
- General waste (containing POPS)
- POPs waste
- Timber and wood based materials
- Inert soil, rubble and hardcore
- Plasterboard and gypsum products
The DPS also includes provision for the haulage of these materials.
The DPS will run from April 2024 until March 2036
