Publisher note: In addition to giving the open market advance notice of our upcoming tender, the purpose of this PIN is to also provide suppliers the opportunity to participate in a soft market testing exercise. Horsham District Council is interested in investigating whether the specification specifically drafted for the Council's 'Online Platform/Portal' are reasonable and in line with what the current market can provide. The HDC Online Platform requirements have been extracted from the Specification and put on an SMT questionnaire to give suppliers the opportunity to review these requirements and advise (in advance of this tender being released) whether the Council is asking for anything that is not reasonable and/or whether anything else should be specified. Suppliers have the opportunity to request this SMT by emailing [email protected] asking for the Tyres PIN SMT (please quote Tyres PIN SMT in the subject heading of the email). You will have the opportunity to ask for and respond to the SMT up until 5th July 2023.
