The highway services which enable RBWM to maintain a network comprising of:

• Road network 632km (375 miles)
• Footways 800km
• Bridge structures 300+ (of which 167 span greater than 15m)
• Road drains 26,000
• Public rights of way

Lot 2 Street Cleansing service is a public realm and highway infrastructure cleansing service undertaking the following, but not limited to, activities:

• Reactive, planned cyclical road sweeping including highway infrastructure and public realm areas such as car parks, cycleways, pedestrianised areas.
• Highway litter bin emptying.
• Fly Tipping removal.
• Graffiti removal
• Public convenience management
• Customer related enquiries
• Collaboration with all other service lot providers.

Express an Interest in the tender - Login to the portal with the username/password - Click the 'PQQs / ITTs Open To All Suppliers' link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier) - Click on the relevant PQQ/ ITT to access the content. - Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page. - This will move the PQQ /ITT into your 'My PQQs/ My ITTs' page. Lot 3 Highway, Transport and Bridge Professional Service

Lot 3 Highway, Transport and Bridge Professional Services will provide technical support for a range of Client functions and services including but not limited to, the following:

• Bridge and structures inspections
• Technical support for structural emergency.
• Drainage investigation
• Annual capital programme including;
• Design and project management and contract governance.
• Drainage Schemes
• Highway Schemes
• Traffic and road safety schemes
• Major projects
• Related customer enquiries
• Highway asset management policy support
• Capital programme development.
• Asset data capture, including SCRIM and Scanner, condition surveys and data review.
• Collaboration with all other service lot providers. Additional information: Suppliers are not permitted to bid for Lot 1 and Lot 3 as RBWM wishes to maintain these Lots as separate services (Contracts).

Lot 4 Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS) will be responsible for the maintenance and routine inspection of all ITS infrastructure including design, maintenance and delivery of Traffic systems and Client highway digital infrastructure.

Activities will include the following but not limited to;

• Annual routine maintenance including inspection of ITS infrastructure.
• Reactive Maintenance including fault and defect repair.
• Emergency response including 24/7 call out requirement.
• Data capture and recording of inspection and maintenance activity.
• Customer related enquiries.
• Maintenance and project design and delivery.
• Collaboration with all other service lot providers.
• Maintenance of VMS Signage, Rising Bollard and Anti-Terrorism assets.
