Coverage: 8 active published awards; 6 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

We are seeking suitable suppliers to supply new mobile handheld scanners, label printers and consumables (labels). Scanners – to be able to be used remotely when not in areas with WIFI or mobile data. Be able to automatically upgrade database once connected to laptop (if applicable). RFID readers built in and rechargeable where possible but not essential. Printers – Label printers with the option to also wall mount if necessary. Ability to print RFID adhesive labels where possible but not essential. Consumables – labels to be able to withstand extreme temperatures varying from -30℃ to 50℃, need to be extra strong adhesive, no fading to occur on labels as some labels will be put into storage for vast periods of time. We anticipate to run an open procurement process depending on the responses received from this PIN. Bidders maybe asked to participate in an engagement exercise. Additional information: When replying to this PIN please indicate whether you provide these goods and services via a Government framework. We are aiming to keep this to 1 lot if possible
