Suppliers are asked to complete a short questionnaire (based on their business size/type) comprised of multiple choice questions. The answers will provide them with instant feedback which illustrates where their practices are in line with our standards or where security improvements have been identified with a link to the National Cyber Security Centre website that aims to inform suppliers how to make the improvements to meet the standards we require. \nWhy are suppliers being encouraged to practice on the B2B Assessment?\nSuppliers will be expected to be data compliant with the live B2B assessment that will be issued as part of the HDOF question set when suppliers apply to the opportunity. Suppliers that do not meet the security requirements will not be accepted to the framework.\nHow to access the Market Engagement B2B Assessment Questionnaire.\nInterested providers should register (if not already registered) on the Council's e-tendering platform, In-Tend (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire/aspx/Home) and 'Express Interest' against the project AS26607 Hampshire Day Opportunities Framework (HDOF). The model includes:\n• Traditional day care centres\n• Vocational training\n• Community-based services\n• Specialist services for complex needs\nThe need for these service exists because of the following factors:\nSupport for Independent Living:\n• Offers structured environments that promote independence, skill-building, and social engagement.\n• Some individuals with disabilities or age-related conditions cannot safely remain at home alone during the day.\nCarer Respite:\n• Provides respite for family carers, especially older carers or those who need to work during the day\nPreventative Care:\n• By offering meaningful daytime activities, it will help to prevent deterioration in mental and physical health, reducing the need for more intensive interventions later.\n• Users report high satisfaction, with many describing the services as enjoyable and beneficial to their wellbeing.\n• The service also aims to support the Public Health agenda through a range of educational and occupational activity.",
