Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Parliamentlive.tv is the primary service of the Parliamentary Broadcasting Unit. Since the relaunch in 2014 and the introduction of download features, it has become pivotal to the work of a diverse range of users including Parliamentarians, civil servants, media organisations, and the public at large. The service supports the publication of the entire range of high-quality broadcasting services and the supporting schedule and metadata. High availability of the service is critical to the Authority; that everyone can find, watch and listen to live and recorded Parliamentary proceedings. The new service will be the primary integration point for all supporting services, technologies and systems, and high availability must be maintained throughout the contract lifecycle.
