Coverage: 276 active published awards; 13 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
GMCA is developing BeeGreenGM, a platform to help businesses reuse unwanted assets, reduce waste and lower carbon emissions.
A proof of concept has already demonstrated core functionality, including
• listings and acquisition of assets
• marketplace functionality
• indicative carbon impact reporting
What we are looking for
A live, production-ready digital platform that enables:
Businesses to:
• list reusable assets
• search and acquire items
The platform to:
• track volume of items reused
• provide indicative carbon savings for organisations (e.g. CO2e per item)
Approach
The platform should:
• be ready for live deployment following appropriate testing prior to launch
• support a defined set of high-volume asset categories
• be able to expand to additional categories over time
• support multiple organisations, users and item volumes from launch without performance issues
• support straightforward onboarding of organisations and users, including self-service registration
• enable reporting at organisation and GMCA level
Technical expectations
Solutions will need to:
• meet GMCA technical standards
• be GDPR compliant
• be secure (including encryption, access controls and authentication)
