Coverage: 27 active published awards; 27 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Information is required on the proposed significant items of plant (including weight, spatial requirements, service requirements). There are also design and construction work packages associated with enabling and building works, to ensure existing buildings are ready for plant installation and operation. Suppliers outside existing SL frameworks are encouraged to undertake these work packages. Consideration will be made if Suppliers demonstrate the ability or willingness to partner with other organisations to provide a combined service package, which might include all four items of plant and thus one route of supply for the Project. An industry event will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams on the morning of 8th December 2021 consisting of a 3-hour overview of SL and the project and SL will then open the event to questions and ideas from Suppliers. Please note that all discussions in the industry event will be confidential and any details discussed are not guaranteed to be reflected in the contract and tender process.
