The following risks have been identified that would impact the performance of the Contract, where the impact cannot be known at this stage but may relate to a Contract modification if the risk was to materialise:

Wandle Housing Association (WHA) intends to undertake an open tender process early 2026 for Fire Servicing and Repairs.
This soft market testing process is to help WHA determine the scope of requirements and inform its approach.
Wandle is inviting suppliers to respond to the following questions relating to this requirement:
- Would the inclusion of solar panels (servicing and repairs of) be of interest to organisations?
- Would the inclusion of the design of new fire safety systems be attractive to organisations as well as the servicing and installation of them?
- Would your organisation be able to provide the full scope of requirements including solar panels and design of new fire safety systems? If not, please provide details on what it could not provide.
- Would a lotted approach e.g. separate lots for the East and West areas of Wandle properties be preferred or would a single requirement incorporating all WHA properties be preferred?
Suppliers are welcome to provide additional comments about this requirement that would encourage them to submit a bid.
