Tenderers were advised that it is Bromford Flagship's current intention to build or acquire over 10,000 homes in the next 5 years' i.e. circa 2,000 dwellings per year.

The estimated contract value is for the maximum four year extended term.

The change to the award is due to the supplier's withdrawal prior to entering into the contract.

Published description of the framework

Bromford Flagship proposes to enter into a framework agreement in respect of the Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveying Services and the Principal Designer Services for each of the three Midlands, South & East areas. The closed framework agreement will be for an initial period of three and a maximum period of four years with a maximum of four successful Tenderers for each of Lots 1 & 2 & 4 & 5 & 7 & 8 and a maximum of three successful Tenderers for each of Lots 3 & 6 & 9.
