Coverage: 1 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service (the Service), welcomes early engagement from the market in support of developing the Service’s requirements for the provision of Cleaning Services to its premises. The engagement also covers some broader areas which support developing the approach to the procurement, conditions of participation, identifying suppliers and building capacity in the market. The outcome of the market engagement will assist the Service in refining its high-level requirements to feed into both its Procurement Strategy and the Tender Documentation. Our preliminary market engagement is designed to openly consult with the wider marketplace to share our requirements and gather information whilst also providing information on our current position.
