The requirement is divided into three phases: Phase 1 Planning, Phase 2 Design and Development and Phase 3 Delivery. Each Phase has at least one Key Performance Indicators associated, as such to ensure the performance of the Delivery Partners is monitored throughout the 12 month duration.

The Authority may or may not exercise this right, as such this is dependant on the performance of Delivery Partners for the duration of the contract.
