Published requirement descriptionMae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Merthyr Tudful (yr Awdurdod Contractio) yn dyfarnu Cytundeb Fframwaith ar gyfer Gwaredu Ffrydiau Gwastraff Canolfannau Ailgylchu Gwastraff y Cartref (HWRC), fel y nodwyd yn y dogfennau tendro. Rhennir y Fframwaith yn wyth (8) Lot, a dyfernir un (1) Prif Gontractwr ac un (1) Gontractwr Wrth Gefn ar gyfer pob Lot. Mae pob Lot yn cynnwys deunydd penodol sy’n gofyn am driniaeth ailgylchu. Bydd y deunyddiau’n cael eu cludo gan yr Awdurdod Contractio i gyfleuster y Contractwr er mwyn i’r Contractwr eu trin. Caniatawyd i dendrwyr gyflwyno tendrau ar gyfer un neu ragor o Lotiau. Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (the Contracting Authority) is awarding a Framework Agreement for the Disposal of Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) Waste Streams as was detailed in the tender documents. The Framework is divided into eight (8) Lots, and one (1) Prime Contractor and one (1) Contingent Contractor is being awarded per Lot. Each Lot includes a specific material requiring recycling treatment. Materials will be delivered by the Contracting Authority to the Contractors facility for treatment by the Contractor. Tenderers were permitted to bid for one or more Lots.

Published description of the framework
Bydd gan bob Lot Brif Gontractwr a Chontractwr Wrth Gefn. Bydd contract galw i ffwrdd yn cael ei ffurfio gyda Phrif Gontractwr mewn Lot ym mhob achos. Dim ond pan na all y Prif Gontractwr gyflawni’r gwaith neu pan fo problemau perfformiad heb eu datrys y caiff gwaith ei ddyrannu i’r Contractwr Wrth Gefn.
Each Lot will have a Prime and Contingent Contractor. A call off contract will be formed with a Prime Contractor in a Lot in every case. Only when a Prime Contractor is unable to perform or has unresolved performance issues will work be allocated to a Contingent Contractor.
