Coverage: 3 active published awards; 3 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

- Lot 1 · #1Hardcore and Inert WastecancelledPublished valueNot publishedTenderers are invited to tender for single or multiple lots and the intention is that this will be a multi-supplier Framework. Lots may be awarded to more than 1 supplier and the Council may decide not to award a lot after evaluating returns. Coventry City Council can confirm that Lots 1 and 2 are required by the contract start date. Lot’s 3 and 4 may be required during the life of the framework agreement. The tender processing facility would be located within 10 road miles and/or 35 minutes (in a 26 tonne RCV) drive of CV3 4AR (centre reference point) as determined by CCC using local knowledge of road restrictions. The Councils preference is to deliver direct to site within the above boundaries. - Lot 3 · #3Food WastecancelledPublished valueNot publishedCoventry City Council (CCC) and Solihull Metropolitan Borough council (SMBC) do not currently undertake dedicated food waste collections. It is possible that in the future a dedicated food waste collection may be implemented for household’s by CCC and SMBC. The site must have the ability and capacity to accept food waste from an individual or both authorities at any time during the contract period. However, at this stage no such plans have been confirmed but could be required during the term of this contract. If a separate food waste collection service is implemented collections could be fortnightly or weekly for up to 52 weeks per year and would reduce the amount of waste that would be disposed of through the commingled food and garden waste contract. Recycling Methods and licencesThe Council may consider appointing a supplier(s) who has a site which is not yet operational, but which does have a licence granted and the necessary planning approval in place. Should this lot be required, licences and accreditation should be in place prior to deliveries commencing and would need to remain in place for the remainder of the contract. The Council would give the successful supplier(s) a notice period of at least 3 months on commencement of deliveries.Contract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
