Published requirement descriptionSNG wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes under JCT D and B contracts (and, for Lots 4,8 and 12) JCT Construction Management Contract and in accordance with our Employers Requirements. This framework will be split across 3 geographic regions, West, South, London and East, with value bands within the regions as follows: Lot 1 up to £15 MillionLot 2 £15 Million to £45 MillionLot 3 Over £45 MillionLot 4 Construction ManagementThere will be a maximum of 12 lots in total.

SNG wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes under JCT D and B contracts (and, for Lots 4,8 and 12) JCT Construction Management Contract) and in accordance with our Employers Requirements. This Lot (Lot 6) is for the South region and is for works between £15 and £45 Million. Additional information: Because of the current state of the market, uncertainties over our pipeline, land availability and the unknown volume of other Social Housing Providers using the framework agreement over the framework period, the value of the frame work in the notice and in this lot is not an accurate estimate of the value of works to be awarded and the total spend could vary considerably.

- Review procedure
The Contracting Authority will observe a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period from the day of communication to the tenderers of the intended award decision. There is no right of appeal to the Contracting Authority and instead the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 provide for an aggrieved party to apply to the High Courts of England and Wales concerning any alleged breach unless an extension is agreed by the Courts.
Publisher note: SNG wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Principal Contractor Services and Construction Management Services. SNG (Sovereign Network Group) was formed in October 2023 through the merger of Sovereign Housing Association and Network Homes. We provide over 80,000 homes serving over 210,000 residents and invest in communities across the South of England, with an aim to create thousands of new affordable places for people to live every year. Our purpose is to provide quality affordable homes and places, that people love for generations. We aren’t just here for now or for profit, everything we earn we invest so that our customers now, and in the future, have a sustainable home that they love, in a thriving community. Our size and geographic breadth diversifies the homes that we own, offering stability alongside growth potential. SNG will have an annual income of over £830m in 2024/25 and will invest £9.2bn over the next 10 years, building 25,000 new homes – almost 4,000 more than in current plans, as well as regenerating estates and improving the sustainability and quality of existing homes. They have also pledged to establish a new Community Foundation to invest £100m in communities over a ten-year period. Our strategy is to continue to grow, staying financially strong through good governance and performance management so we can invest more in the things that matter – building more homes and making better places."
