    • KPI 1 - RCV Turnaround times, Priority access provided for RCV tipping-off at MRF/ transfer station: Max 20 minute turnaround time measured from property boundary not weighbridge.
    • KPI 2 - Bulk haulage loading time, Comply with bulk haulage loading time window (if using to transfer recyclate to MRF from HBC transfer station).
    • KPI 3 - Tonnage reports and variations, Comply with information and reporting timeframes and requirements as detailed below; (a). A comprehensive electronic report detailing the total tonnage collected and recycled and showing each as a percentage of the whole, including end destinations and tonnage of material sent to each facility in a format compatible with Waste Data Flow (or similar statutory requirement). This requested format be amended as required by the Council Authorised Officer or in accordance with Government requirements. (b). Tonnage report showing the amount of non-confirming waste that has been sent or is an outstanding balance to be disposed of via the Council's Residual Waste Disposal Contract. (c). A summary of variations approved by the Council Authorised Officer e.g. as a result of adverse weather etc.
    • KPI 4 - Quality monitoring, Comply with Quality Monitoring and Sampling Procedure. HBC audited material sampling on quarterly basis by 'full pass' MRF sampling of at least 20 tonnes of HBC materials.
