Published requirement descriptionRykneld Homes, in collaboration with North East Derbyshire District Council, is committed to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient housing that meets the evolving needs of our tenants while supporting the district's long-term sustainability objectives.
This specification invites suitably qualified contractors to participate in the delivery of central heating upgrades across our housing stock, with a particular emphasis on enhancing energy performance to achieve an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of Band C or higher.
This initiative is aligned with the Council's Strategic Asset Management Plan, which prioritises environmental stewardship, energy efficiency, and the reduction of carbon emissions across all housing assets.
