      Leicestershire County Council is publishing this notice to provide advance information to the market regarding an upcoming procurement opportunity for the provision of Community Life Choices (CLC) Services. No formal market engagement has been undertaken in relation to this procurement opportunity. This notice is issued for information purposes only and is intended to provide visibility of the Council's current intentions to enable providers to undertake forward planning - this notice does not constitute a call for competition/invitation to tender. Interested bidders should monitor Find a Tender and the ProActis portal for any future notices relating to this opportunity. The Council is considering the establishment of a new CLC Framework to support adults who have eligible social care needs and who require support to achieve greater independence, wellbeing and participation within their local communities. The framework is expected to continue the Council's person-centred approach, supporting people to achieve the outcomes that matter most to them whilst promoting independence and reducing, delaying or preventing the need for longer-term support. The Council's current intention is that the framework will comprise of two lots - Lot 1: Group Activities within a defined base and out in the wider community & Lot 2: Managed Personal Assistants. The CLC framework will run from 07th June 2027 until 06th June 2030, with the option to extend to 06th June 2032. The timetable is currently anticipated to be as follows: Publication of tender opportunity: Oct 2026 Evaluation Period (Including moderation): Nov 2026 - Feb 2027 Intention to Award (publication of UK06) & Standstill: April 2027 Mobilisation: Mid-April 2027 New Framework Commencement: June 2027 Please note that the above timetable is indicative, and LCC reserves the right, to amend the Procurement Timetable.
