Published requirement descriptionAn Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) was by The Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex, acting also on behalf of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey, to award a Contract for the provision of Communication and Digital Data Exploitation Solution.
The Requirement were tendered as a Single Lot.
Following an evaluation in line with the process as set out within the ITT documentation, an award decision has been made and a 3 year contract with the option to extend by a further 5 x 12 month intervals will be awarded.
Values listed in this contract is based on current known requirements, and presume a % increase for any extensions undertaken. The value listed in this notice assumes all extensions are undertaken so a full 8 year contract undertaken,

- Technical Criteria: Bidders will be assessed on their ability to meet functional and non functional requirements.
- Quality: Bidders will be assessed based on their response to a series of quality questions
- Pricing: Bidders will be assessed based on the commercial response provided against a pricing envelope
- Social Value: Bidders will be assessed based on their responses to two social value questions
- Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
