    "description": "Merseyside Waste Disposal Authority (\"the Authority\") is procuring a specialist commercial advisory service to support the ongoing management and assurance of its long-term PFI/PPP Waste Management Contract.     "description": "Merseyside Waste Disposal Authority (“the Authority”) is procuring a specialist commercial advisory service to support the ongoing management and assurance of its long-term PFI/PPP Waste Management Contract.
