- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedplannedPublished valueNot publishedLincolnshire County Council is looking for expressions of interest from suppliers who are able to provide the Collection and Treatment of Street Cleanings Residues (Street Sweepings) for the Lincolnshire area. Street Sweepings may include but are not limited to silt, grit, water, litter and leaves, it is also likely to contain a range of contaminants such as oil, diesel, dog faeces, small dead animals and salt. They may also include heavy metals, other contaminants and have high leachable organic content. This material has the European Waste Catalogue (EWC) classification of 20-03-03 "Street Cleaning residue". the Supplier will Collect Contract Waste from Collection Points around the Lincolnshire area (Grantham, Sleaford, Boston, Louth and Gainsborough) and transport the waste to the Supplier’s Treatment Site. The Supplier may also be required to accept direct deliveries to the Supplier Treatment site. The Supplier will then subject the Street Sweeping material to a mechanical and/or biological process that changes its characteristics such that the resulting products and residues of the process can be reclassified to Chapter 19 waste codes (List of Wastes Regulations 2005).Contract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
