This contract will provide cleaning services across the entire geography of Hampshire and include the cleaning of buildings for Libraries, Adult Services, Childrens Services, Country Parks, Hampshire Cultural Trust, HCC Offices, Highways Depot/Workshops, Outdoor Centres and Registry Offices. With the annual spend for the new contract estimated as £2.5 million giving a total potential contract spend over the maximum 5 years term is £12,500,000.

Contract period: 3 Feb 2025 – 2 Feb 2028 (3 yrs)
Delivery: South East · The sites include a wide range of premises and facilities offering diverse services including but not limited to: • Residential homes and day centres providing care services to adults and children • Offices (including regional and co-located partner hubs) • Transport Depots • Workshops • Civic and public services (e.g., libraries, registry offices, community centre rooms, historic sites, conference facilities, events spaces) • Country parks (e.g. display areas, visitor centres, cafes and eating areas) • Activity centres with residential accommodation, visitor areas, eating areas, activity rooms all requiring bespoke cleaning solutions • Training centres • Storage facilities • Restricted access specialist facilities (e.g. records storage, laboratories)
