Published requirement descriptionCerner Millennium Electronic Patient Record Maternity Re-Implementation Services. Implementation services and support to the uplift of the Maternity element of its Cerner Millennium (Oracle Healthcare) Electronic Patient Record (“EPR”) system installation, first implemented in 2015. The services will deliver improvements to usage and data quality issues with the current platform. This uplift will be across the whole maternity department including community, and opportunities to digitise legacy items.

- Review procedure
The contracting authority will operate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of contract is communicated to Tenderers to provide time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award before the contract entered into. Unsuccessful Tenderers shall be notified by the contracting authority as soon as possible after the decision is made as to the reasons why they were unsuccessful.
