Published requirement descriptionThe two schools have collaborated to manage a catering tender, with the intention each school may award their contracts independently.
Each school is seeking to appoint a professional contract catering organisation to supply catering services.
- How the procedure runs: Two schools are sharing the tendering cost. They can contract out Individually. The evaluation of the shortlisting process will be based on the information submitted by the bidding companies. A shortlist of suppliers will be compiled, with the 4 highest-scoring submissions invited to progress to the subsequent stage of the procurement process. Only those companies that are selected and formally notified will be invited to submit a response during the ITT stage.

- Price: Suppliers complete and return a financial submission which is evaluated and scored as detailed in the tender Documents.
- Price carries 30 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 3 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
