- Award criteria: The bid comprises: # standard qualification questions for which there are pass/fail answers. # A technical section that will comprise 40% weighting for answers to questions and 5% for presentation if shortlisted # and 55% for the prices bid. Whilst the commercial offer is important, the decision will be based on the overall demonstration of believability and value for money.
