- Tool Hire Services,
- Waste Services and or hosting thereof (this could be an added value service)

Tool hire services - a manned store in the central area is essential. (Additional manned stores in the other areas are not essential but extra provision will be considered as part of the award along with delivered services),
Waste services - support with hiring and hosting of waste collection though the provision of space for skips to manage waste collection resultant from the work carried out by Centigen
