- Safety Workwear.This tender covers the procurement of supply and delivery of personal protective equipment and safety workwear supplies such that Citizen can achieve a three-year Contract agreement with the possibility to extend beyond the initial term for a maximum of 2 years in periods to be determined, with an excellent service, representing good value for money.The estimated annual value of the Project is in the range between £100,000 and £120,000 and in the range between £500,000 and £600,000 over the maximum duration of the Contract. However, Citizen explicitly expresses that there is no guarantee of orders being placed.

Citizen Housing Ltd will incorporate a minimum ten day calendar standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Generally any such action must be brought within 30 days from the date the aggrieved party knew or ought to have known about the alleged breach.
