Zero Emission Fleet - Charging Infrastructure

The ZEF programme is looking into the possibility of contracting with a supplier(s) to provide any, or all, of the following goods and services:

Feasibility studies, design, supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and associated fleet electrification consultancy services.

The procured charging infrastructure will support Transport for London's operational fleet of circa 1,000 vehicles and will be located at a number of sites across London, including depots, tube stations, bus stations, offices, etc. Additional information: This Prior Information Notice is being issued for the primary reason of seeking information from the market ahead of launching the ZEF Charging Infrastructure procurement, which is anticipated to commence later in 2024.

Engagement is being sought via a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) which aims to gather feedback from potential suppliers including, but not limited to: market interest, understanding and outlook, delivery models, charging solutions, site selection and risks and issues.
