Published requirement descriptionYPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the
provision of various foodservice categories including ready-made sandwiches and food to go
items, hot meal concepts products and ready-made meals. Suppliers will deliver products
direct to customers via their own vehicles or an appropriate third party organisation. These
products will typically be used with the NHS, social care, education sector, public sector
buildings, charitable status organisations such as housing organisations and care homes, the
prison service, in emergency services settings and within sheltered housing facilities. The
Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes
YPO’s internal requirements (where required). The end customer will place the order/s
directly with the Supplier and the Supplier will deliver direct to the end customer.
- Recurrence: There is a possibility that this framework will be subject to renewal after 3.5 years from the commencement date.

- Change When this opportunity was advertised the tender particulars stated: There is no need to submit a specific bid to join Lot 16. Any supplier who is successful in joining more than one of Lot 1 through to Lot 15 will be added to Lot 16. Please see 2.1.4 for further details. Clause 2.1.4 stated: Combining Multiple Lots (Lot 16): YPO and OCAs reserve the right to carry out call-offs under this Framework which involve combining two or more of the above lots: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 (e.g., a full range of different types of frozen ready-meals including Lot 11 Complete Meals, Lot 12 Multi-Portion Meals and Lot 13 Modified Texture Meals, to be purchased together and from the same supplier). Any combination will be possible depending on Customer requirements and only suppliers who are awarded to all relevant lots will be invited to take part in the Customer's Procurement Exercise in these circumstances. On award the suppliers awarded onto Lot 16 was omitted in error so this modification notice is rectify that error. The suppliers that were awarded onto Lot 16 are as follows: Anchor Catering Ltd On A Roll Sandwich Co Ltd Raynor Foods Ltd Tiffin Sandwiches Ltd BFS Group Ltd t/a Bidfood Chicken Joes Ltd t/s Love Joes TUGO Food Systems Ltd Anglia Crown Ltd Apetito Ltd N.H.Case Ltd, Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: Although we advertised 16 Lots we only noted 15 Lots awarded in the award notice. This was purely due to human error that the details were omitted. This notice is rectify that error.
