Coverage: 699 active published awards; 697 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

YPO are a public sector buying organisation, we manage an array of frameworks for a variety of services and products. Public sector organisations utilise our frameworks as a compliant route to market to award contracts which meet their requirements. YPO are seeking to undertake engagement with suppliers in this market to understand the key elements of the market and the support a nationwide framework can provide. Public sector organisations require support to deliver occupational health and associated services to their employees, we envisage that our framework will incorporate all services required. The current proposed structure is as follows: • Occupational Health Services o A service focused on reducing employee sickness, addressing work-related ill-health and promoting employee well-being. • Employee Assistance Programmes o A service to ensure organisations meet obligations in respect of employee health • Associated Services o All other services associated with occupational health, likely to be required on an ad hoc basis, including alcohol and drug testing, vaccination programmes and so on. This is an indicative list only. YPO are therefore looking for providers who would be interested in completing a short questionnaire and/or having a conversation with us, please register your interest by contacting us at hrsolutions@ypo.co.uk and we will share a copy of our RFI document for your review and completion. Please note that this information is being sought without prejudice and without commitment. Should YPO decide to take this project further then this work will not be part of that process nor will the information provided be used to determine the outcome of that process. Should YPO wish to proceed any further with any supplier a formal procurement process will be followed in accordance with YPO’s contract procedure rules
