Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 93 active published awards; 13 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Devon County Council (DCC) intends to award under its Minor Engineering Works Framework 2026-30 under Lot 2 , in accordance with Section 10 of the Framework Information (Volume 2). The proposed project relates to: Historically, Devon County Council (DCC) installed a rock capture fence to protect the highway. Following a landslide/rock fall incident in the 90s, DCC carried out improvements on the rock capture fence, along with installing rock face netting on the private land, without prejudice. Due to the rock capture fence requiring extensive repairs, DCC will now install additional rock face netting to the base of the cliff, allowing us to remove the need of a rock capture fence. We need to: 1. Close the highway and install a diversion route for the duration of the works. 2. Carry out vegetation clearance/tree clearance/Japanese knotweed clearance on existing rock face netting/cliff area. This need to be carried out via rope access. Access will be via the property “The Crows Nest”, at the top of the cliff. Please refer to drawings. 3. Regrade small area of bank as noted in the report produced by Frederick Sherrells. 4. Supply/Install new rock face netting from the existing netting, down to the base of the cliff. Please refer to drawings. 5. Remove the existing rock capture fence as per the drawings. 6. Install new pedestrian fence as per the drawings.
