- Change Additional funding of £131,390 per annum (pro rata for 2026/27) to increase the availability of online testing kits across the county to reduce health inequalities and ensure that more people can be tested quickly and where necessary receive treatment for STIs. This modification is effective from 22/09/26 until the end of the contract., Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The contractor is already delivering online testing as part of the contract, this modification enables the contractor to offer more online testing and will enable early identification of STIs and so service users will be able to access necessary treatment more quickly. The modification is attributable to a decision of the contracting authority and does not materially alter the character of the contract, and the cumulative change in the lifetime value of the contract, compared to its value when it was entered into, is under 25%.
