Coverage: 25 active published awards; 6 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
West Midlands Violence Reduction Partnership is seeking to develop a hospital in-reach and community-based support service to children and young people, aged 11-25 years, in Birmingham.
The delivery plan will include the following activity: Targeted hospital in-reach providing support to children and young people (CYP) who are admitted to hospital and still receiving treatment, to include Queen Elizabeth Hospital UHB as the Major Trauma Centre and Birmingham Heartlands Hospital. Tailored, holistic support and advocacy for 11 - 25-year-olds affected by serious violence and exploitation presenting to ED settings in Birmingham (Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Birmingham Heartlands Hospital), capitalising on the 'reachable moment' and offering support at a critical time of need.
The Service will be primarily community-based, providing "in reach" support to Birmingham-based hospitals where required. Ensure the support offered is embedded in and adding value to any other relevant support the young person and their family may be receiving.
The deadline for the application is 22nd June 2026 at 9am. Any clarification questions should be emailed to commissioning@westmidlands.police.uk by Wednesday 17th June 2026 at 5pm.
