We are seeking to procure a voids cleaning team to support our commitment to providing high-quality affordable homes for our customers. The main objective is to appoint a cleaning contractor who can deliver a consistently high standard of cleaning, ensuring our void properties are prepared quickly for our new customers.

The contract will be split into two lots across Shropshire and Herefordshire. On estimate Connexus currently aim for 600 void properties a year.

Connexus aims to reduce turnaround times between tenancies, enhance the presentation and hygiene standards of our homes, and ensure new customers can move into properties that meet our expectations for cleanliness and comfort. This is important to improve customer satisfaction and make best use of our housing stock by minimising delays.
