What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionTotland Close is a large block of flats in Farnborough. It comprises of 169 self-contained general needs flats. The flats are arranged in two blocks in a figure of eight formation. There are a number of services provided which are service charged, including CCTV, door entry system, concierge service, cleaning, and grounds maintenance, etc.
The key aspects of the service shall include the following:
- Maintaining the Health & Safety requirements
- General duties as requested by the client
- Undertake training analysis of staff and implement required training programme
- To take part in operational review meetings
- Manage customer complaints in line with VIVID’s Complaints Policy
- Providing a safe place for our customers, staff and contractors
