Coverage: 23 active published awards; 18 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The West Yorkshire Combined Authority procures and manages around 600 school taxi, school minibus and school bus services as well as around 40 AccessBus and dial a ride services to support people with mobility or access issues. Whereas operators use their own vehicles to provide the contracted school services, the Accessbus and dial a ride services are operated using Combined Authority owned vehicles, including a number that are fully electric. We are requiring a suitably qualified ‘Vehicle Inspection and Advisory specialist’ to conduct the following work to the CAs full satisfaction. We anticipate a total contract period of 3 years will be required.
