Publisher note: An existing contract which has been in place for the last 4 years is being modified to effect a 6 month extension to allow the future model of care to be considered by commissioners. This contract modification is assessed to be proportionate and lawful under Regulation 72(1)(b) The existing 4 year contract value has been £18,781,268. The first extension has brought the full contract value to be £20,864,846. The additional 6 months will increase this by £2,853,625 to a new overall value of £23,718,471.
